The workout session will be led by Nike Training Studio. In this HIIT workout class, each workout utilizes a combination of weights, kettlebells, sleds, sandbags and more to keep you moving with intention from the first rep to the last. After class, cool down with us as we enjoy some delicious post-workout drinks from unwell and mingle with fellow attendees.
